Eating Disorder & Neurodivergent Nutrition Therapy in Seattle

Nutrition Therapy Rooted in Trauma-Informed, Body Liberation Care

You deserve care that honors your body, your lived experience, and the systems that have shaped your relationship with food.

I offer trauma-informed, fat liberation–aligned nutrition therapy for people navigating eating disorders, neurodivergence, and body-based harm.

You’re in the right place if…

a different way into healing

Healing doesn’t come from perfect food choices.

It comes from the relationship we build with ourselves and our bodies.

In a world shaped by anti-fat bias, diet culture, and systemic harm, this work is about creating space for your story to be known, honored, and tended.

Meet virginia

Hi, I’m Virginia, The Radical Dietitian.

I’m a dietitian, a deep feeler, and a human who has done—and continues to do—this work alongside my clients.

My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, fat liberation, and the belief that healing happens in relationship.
